Aspiring Chefs: See what’s cooking!
Put on an apron and pull up your sleeves! You’ll be cooking in a professional kitchen and making lots of goodies. Of course, you’ll get to sample your cooking and bring some home for your family!

Beginner Baking: It’s a piece of cake!
In this hands-on baking class we will do a little bit of everything, from proper recipe reading and measuring cup use to decorating a cake with basic designs. Go home with mouth watering bakery treats such as cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, muffins, cakes, quick breads and much more!

Wicked Cool Engineers will be put to the task of building things that move. We’ll learn about the engineering and design process to build balloon powered cars, hovercrafts and aerodynamic flyers. Design a system to protect a passenger from flying out of a car when it crashes! We’ll also examine the science of how things move by looking at Newton’s laws of motion.
Join us for a variety of games, both inside and outside! Our indoor games could include a variety of physical activities, ranging from kickball to scavenger hunts. Weather permitting, we will be venturing out for more fun! Please dress for the weather.
Ever driven down the road and seen a flashy billboard that catches your eye? Ever wondered how your favorite magazine or book cover is created and produced? Wonder no more! Learn how to create visual communication by using industry standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design. Students will develop the confidence and ability to create successful page architecture. Learn how to re-touch and manipulate digital photos while thinking about visual hierarchy, color, and the relationship between text and image. We give you the tools and you use your creativity and imagination to create graphic pieces of art!
Kids will build basic circuits and experiment with insulators and conductors as we shift our focus to electricity. Each day we’ll build new projects using the SNAP circuit system, integrating switches, bulbs and other components for an electrifying time.

Refund policy: A $10 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Full refunds, minus the $10 processing fee, will be issued when a student withdraws from a course no later than the Monday February 19, 2018. A 75% refund, minus the $10 processing fee, will be issued to students withdrawing later than Monday February 19, 2018 and prior to the second class. No refunds will be issued after the second class.
